Radio Clype Programmes "Let's travel!" [4]

Two different kinds of radio programmes were made during the two years. One during the mobilities to Paris (January 2011, January 2012): French students interviewed their guests (students and teachers) about the visits they had made, the host families, their impressions, and the activities in Paris. These interviews were carried out within the studio of Radio Clype in Paris. The other programme was made in each country and sent to France: in 2011, the students of the seven counties described a famous touristic place worth visiting, in English and their mother tongue. In 2012, students recorded one or several traditional recipes of their country or region.

Souvenirs, souvenirs

Souvenirs, souvenirs....this is the title of a famous French song by Johnny Halliday!

Last Tuesday, the French Comenius team and the students who travelled to Italy and Portugal invited their parents and some representatives of the City Hall to share the wonderful moments they had this year with their friends from Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Turkey.

After sharing photos and videos, we all had a drink . A votre santé!

zoomsur Vous écoutez RADIO-CLYPE : le lycée COLBERT, dans le 10ème arrondissement, a reçu, dans le cadre du projet COMENIUS dont il est partenaire, depuis la rentrée 2010-2011, des délégations turques, portugaises, espagnoles et italiennes pendant une semaine à PARIS.

Il s'git d'un projet scolaire multilatéral, d'une durée de deux ans, piloté par un lycée espagnol qui conduit les élèves de six pays européens plus la TURQUIE à communiquer et à construire un projet commun autout du thème "En voyage, le tourisme, un autre moyen d'apprendre" / "Let's travel!" Tourism, another way of learning

Chaque établissement partenaire a envoyé un enregistrement valorisant un lieu patrimonial de son pays d'origine. Une façon habile, active et réactive d'utiliser les langues pour communiquer et échanger des connaissances.

Sur RADIO-CLYPE, vous entendrez la présentation radiophonique du projet COMENIUS coordonné par le Lycée COLBERT ainsi que les enregistrements réalisés par les classes participantes au projet.

"Let's travel!" Tourism, another way of learning

This Blog

The project Blog contains everything related to the Comenius project “Let’s Travel!”: summary, objectives, activities, mobilities, project meetings, results, evaluation… It is a visual and dynamic online platform which illustrates and disseminates the project development through regular updating: writings, introductions, descriptions of places, pictures and videos on Tourism as a topic. All outcomes on the Blog are the results of students’ and teachers’ common team work at the seven partner schools.

The Garden in Portugal

Although uncompleted, coordinators from the seven partner schools decided to maintain the Garden in Portugal as one of the most emotive outcomes of our project. Seeds of plants from the local flora in each country were sent to the school in Portugal. Students of Tourism and Gardening from Ferreira do Zêzêre collected and let them germinate. They created a greenhouse, which was unfortunately seriously damaged by a destructive tornado at the beginning of 2011. A big part of the garden got lost.

Evaluation Questionnaires and Power Point Presentation

Three model questionnaires for mobilities were made, separately for guests (teachers and students) and hosts (students). Teachers and students who took part in mobility filled these questionnaires after each meeting and conclusions were compiled by Polish teachers to make our work better and more efficient. The most important conclusions from questionnaires were summed in the Power Point presentation which was presented during the last mobility in Spain, were all coordinators from partner schools were present.

7 Different Kinds of Tourism in 7 Different Countries

The seven partner schools of the Project “Let’s Travel!” did of Tourism a topic to investigate and analyse. They found out the characteristics, the means of transport, the baggage, the accommodation, the duration and the money required for seven different kinds of tourism and tourists in the seven partnership countries. They produced a considerable quantity of documents with information and pictures on activities related to cultural, historical, religious, natural, health, sport and educational tourism.
