Musée du Quai Branly, Paris
What are the characteristics of this museum?
It is located between Alma Bridge and lena
bridge, on the left Bank of the Seine. The specificity of this museum is that
it is really modern and paradoxically it is devoted to primitive art. You can
find 3500 artifacts from all parts of the world. The Musée du Quai Branly
houses four remarkably rich and precious collections, which it conserves,
manages and documents with a dual aim in view. Firstly, they must be presented
to the general public through regular rotation of artifacts in the permanent
collections area and during temporary exhibitions; secondly, they must serve as
useful and accessible resources for students, teachers and researchers
worldwide.
What should there be in a travelers bag
performing this activity ?
You must not forget money to buy stuff to eat
in the garden of the museum, that is very convenient and nice. You will enjoy a
beautiful landscape.
How can transportation be provided for this
travel activity?
By the underground , you can take RER C :
station « Pont de l'alma » , or
the subway , line 9 , station « Alma-Marceau » .
You can also take the favorite cool Parisian
way to travel: Velib! (Bike … SO HYPE)
Where can the traveler accommodate?
In Paris, there are a lot of hotels, often
really expensive
How long does this activity last?
You can choose by yourself, in this museum, you
can go very fast but you can also choose to stay for a movie, (there’s a cinema),
and a conference room, where you can listen to lectures. This is fascinating
.This museum is really interesting , even if he's not that big , you must spend at least 1 hour there to enjoy
it.
How much money is needed for this activity?
For the permanent collection, it costs 8 Euros
for adults and 6 Euros for children.
Why should a traveler do this activity?
We all
have to learn to appreciate culture of other ancient civilizations, to respect it;
it will help you to be open minded. Last,
it's rare to find places in Europe devoted to the primitive art of other
countries people; it's a must when you come to Paris.
What a beautiful place!

Water Sports in Ferreira do Zêzere - Santarém, Portugal
What are the characteristics of this type of tourism?
Ferreira do Zêzere is a small area in the centre of
Portugal. It has got this name because river Zêzere crosses it and establishes
its own limits.
The proximity to the lake Castelo do Bode or Lago
Azul (Blue Lake) is possibly the key to the town’s popularity. It is located
only seven kilometres from the town centre.
It’s the perfect place for people who love
watersports: kayaking, canoeing, fishing, boating and sailing.
What should there be in the bag
of the traveler performing this trip?
The traveler will need some food, plenty of water,
sunglasses, special clothes (shorts, t-shirts), suntan protection and,
optionally, a sleeping bag and a tent if they are planning to camp near the
river.
How can transportation be
provided for this trip?
The nearest airport is Lisbon Airport, which is
about 140 km away. There are many airlines flying there (TAP, easyjet, British
Airways, AirFrance, etc) so it is possible to find a cheap ticket if you reserve
in advance.
Renting a car at the airport is a comfortable
option, but public transport is also available. Buses connect the airport with the town centre.
Trains drive you to Tomar every hour.
Where can the traveler accommodate during this trip?
Accommodation is possible in some hotels, houses
and apartments from 49 euros per night. It is specially popular the Hotel
Estalagem Lago Azul because of its nice location.
Some options can be considered clicking this
link.
How long does this trip last? (Minimum time -day)
A minimum of two or three days to be able to
discover that beautiful area and practice some sport.
How much money is needed for this trip?
It depends on how long are you planning to stay and
the type of accommodation you choose.
Why should a traveller do this trip? What will the traveller’s benefit be?
Because it's a good place to go on holiday. There
are many activities and sports to do and there also are interesting historical
places. And it is possible to find great and cheap hotels!

option.

Erzin Kaplicalari - The Erzin Source - Hatay, Turkey (5th June: World Enviroment Day)
''The Erzin Source Gives Recovery''
The recovery and mineral water which comes out from different places
of the rocks in the Amanos Mountain, is in a small village named Başlamış near
the city of Erzin in Hatay.
The sources of running water
are 3 km
far in the east Erzin and espacially in the summer, this place is important for
the domestic turists. Particularly ,people come around for finding cure to
their illnesses by drinking the water which is 24C,with pH 6,7 and mixture of
bremide, calsiyum, magnesium, carbondioxide,
bicarbonate, sulfate and sulfur. The good benefits of this water are
helping the people who have problems with their digestion, kidney, urin organs
and metabolizm.
Başlamış is another small and old village which is taken place in the
forest surrounded by the mountains. You can find a lot of cheap motels and
pansions there. The streams coming from the sources are flowing through the
village. At the end of the village there
are stairs leading to this place. On the way,you can see the fantastic nature
of Hatay. You walk on the stone path which is surrounded with old trees
decorating everywhere. On the way, you
can hear and enjoy the wonderful sounds of the running water. This place is
very good for relaxing. There are several bridges over the large river and a
lot of places on the ground or small rocks for sitting on. The source of the
river is in a cave in the mountain. Next
to the cave, there are a lot of holes in the rocks where mineral water comes
out. There is a special place where you can make ''care mask'' with the mood of the rocks. It is claimed that it
makes your skin soft, beautiful and younger. Next to this place, there is a bath with warm water from the source.
This warm water is very good for every part of your body espacially for your
bones.
After this tour , you will feel yourself more relaxed. Not only your
body but also spiritually cause of the climate in the nature. The best season
for this trip is spring and summer. In the winter, the water is naturally warm.
Some
tips for this trip:
*it’s better if you wear comfortable shoes; because of the much rocks
there.
*if you cant drink bitter water then dont forget to bring your own
bottle because you cant find another type of water.
*for sure you will jumb into the water, so dont forget to bring your
swim suits and towels.
*there arent any benches, this
is why it will be better for you to take a small blanket if you cant sit on
austere grounds.
*if you want to go on foot, take a map with you cause there are more
then one way to there.
The
benefit of this trip:
I advise to visit this place for finding cure in the hot water from
the sources.

Cultural and Sport Tourism in Umbria, Italy: "Sagrantino Route"
- WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS TYPE OF TOURISM?
Starting and
finishing point: Montefalco http://www.comunemontefalco.it
Distance: 41 km.
Total ascent: 400 metres
Grade: medium
Road surface: asphalt
Recommended type of
bike: road and hybrid
Places to visit in
the area: Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Pissignano, Trevi.
Montefalco
is famous throughout the world for its superb Sagrantino, perhaps the very best
of Umbrian wines, as well as for its excellent olive oil and the beauty of the
surrounding hills.
Montefalco has been classified as one of the "Most beautiful small towns
in Italy", and its wonderful position overlooking the central part of the
region has earned it the name of “the Balcony of Umbria”.
The surrounding area is also an easy place to cycle around, which is why we have chosen a spot just outside the town walls as the starting point of this particular route. In fact, you are going to leave from the large car park on the outside of the walls, and from here ride through the town and carry on in the direction of Spoleto and Trevi.
2.WHAT SHOULD THERE
BE IN THE BAG OF THE TRAVELLER PERFORMING THIS TRIP?
First of all you should have a rucksack in which
you can put all the things you need for this type of trip: water, food, a
change of clothes, a map, a compass, a towel, paper handkerchiefs, a cap
3. HOW CAN
TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED FOR THIS TRIP?
You can get to Moltefalco by
your own car, or, if you travel by
train, you should stop at Foligno
Station and from there you can take a bus up to Montefalco. To check the bus
timetable: http://www.umbriamobilita.it/it
For the train
timetable: www.ferroviedellostato.it
4. WHERE CAN THE TRAVELLER ACCOMMODATE
DURING THIS TRIP?
There are plenty of beautiful "agriturismi", B&Bs, hotels and hostels in Umbria, especially in
and around Montefalco, so you have a large and rich choice of accommodation. Anyway, if you like nature,
swimming, beauty and traditional cuisine, you can choose among these accommodation:
Villa Pambuffetti
Viale della Vittoria 20, (06036 Montefalco,
Perugia)
Tenuta Colverano
5. HOW LONG DOES THIS TRIP LAST?
(MINIMUM TIME-DAY)
This trip may last 3 to 5 days,
but it can be longer if you wish to visit some of
the marvellous Umbrian villages.
6. HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED FOR THIS
TRIP? (MINIMUM)
This trip might be a bit
expensive if you choose a high level accommodation. In this case the price
could be around 500 E for a five-day trip (bike rental included).
7. WHY SHOULD A TRAVELLER DO THIS
TRIP? WHAT WILL THE TRAVELLER’S BENEFIT BE?
This kind of bike tour is the advised route for
discovering the Sagrantino wine as well as the numerous art beauties of Umbria while peacefully
and pleasantly cycling through the green olive groves and grapeyards . It is
possible to tour the zone of Montefalco and Bevagna tasting the Sagrantino and
Rosso di Montefalco wines on the way, purchasing fine olive oil directly from
the producers and visiting very interesting medioeval and renaissance churches
as well as important historical monuments.
Montefalco, the starting town of this tour, is the home of Sagrantino and is known as the
'ringhiera dell'Umbria' or 'balcony of Umbria' for its
panoramic position. The town is equally celebrated for the series of frescoes
by Benozzo Gozzoli.

HATAY and CHRİSTİANİTY(Interview with Pater Yasea)
HATAY and CHRİSTİANİTY
u Introducing the person:
Yasea
u Pater:
Padri Edvardo
u Place:
Orthodox church
As we know God is immortal. They
believe that Jesus was the breath of God. The breath itself is immortal so that
Jesus is immortal. Because of that reason people call Jesus as the son of God.
The holly book 'bible' is infect a single book. However four people rewrote the
book according to their own ideas in different places. And thus there being
four sects. In the first place they say that there were many common points with
Muslims, but later christianity differed from İslam. For instance they
sacrificed animals for God.
But
later They thought that Jesus was himself sacrificed for all people and via
their sins were all forgiven. They believe that from then on there were not
need to sacrifice animals for God. And they stopped this tradition. There's a
place for confession near the Pope's armchair in there right of the Church.
There is a painting for happines on the wall over the Meryem Ana's place. There
is a special place for their wishes. It is near the confession place. The
statue of Meryem Ana is in the middle in Church and everybody can see her
esily.
MERYEM ANA
The world
experienced disasters because of the World War I in 1917. Every family faced
pain in those years. During these years Meryem Ana appeared for the first time
to three children whose names are Lucia,Giacinta and Francesco in Fatima city
of Portugal on 13 May 1917. The eldest of the Lucia explains Meryem Ana's
appereance as in the following :
She was a lady who had worn brighter
clothes than the sun. She was shining more intensely than a crystal glass of
water filled with pure water through which sunshine passed.
LOVE İN CHRİSTİANİTY
Love is a very important and good
thing. You can endure the difficulties of life by the help of love. You don't
feel the burden of life and it turns the most painful things into a pleasure.
Love is generous, it helps people to great achievements and encourages us for
the better things. Love without surrounding the valueless things would like to
be over all the things. Neither in the heaven nor in the world you can't see
something, better than, stronger than, more common than love. A person who
loves lives a happy life, he or she is free from every worry and nothing can
stop them. Love has any good thing you can see around. Because love trust the
God from whom all the good and holly things come from.
CHRİSTİANİTY FRİENDSHİP
A poem about friendship
You have a friend
When everything goes wrong
When you need love and interest
When you feel bad
Close your eyes and think about
me
To enlighten your darkest night
İmmediately I come beside you,
just call me
Know that wherever I am
I come to you running
Winter, spring, summer and fall
Whenever you want, call me
I will be there
I’m your companion
If the sky gets dark and fills
with clouds
North winds begins to blow
Keep your mind on and call me
I will come to you
(Carole KİNG you’ve got
a friend )
ARMANİ CHURCH
Santa Claus ( America ) , İce
Daddy ( Russia )
Santa Claus for Americas and the İce
daddy for Russians is not related with the Christianity. They are the figures
that journalists and commercialism has created. The clothes of these figures
are modified according to the needs time and fashion. They come into the house
from the chimneys or from the balcons, they ride cars when are towed by deers.
They wear special clothes. For example red hat, white beard... But these things
have nothing to do with Christianity.
SAİNT PİERRE CHURCH
